• Referred Doctors – Referrer will be eligible for $1,000 of Prepaid Gift Cards split across 2 milestones.

• The first $500 gift card is awarded on the completion of their referred doctor’s first 7 locum days through Oz Locums, with the second $500 gift card awarded after the 14th locum day.

• You cannot refer yourself for work.

• A referred doctor must provide information of the person who refers them to Oz Locums when signing up.

• Only one referral reward will be awarded per referred doctor.

• If a referred doctor is received multiple times, then the first referral will be eligible for the reward.

• A referred doctor cannot have been previously registered with Oz Locums.

• Oz Locums will order your gift card once qualification has been reached. It can take up to 30 days to be delivered.

• For the first 7 locum days a new Doctor works with us, they will receive $1,000 of Prepaid Gift Cards.

• Doctors must complete their first 7 locum days within 3 months of referral to be eligible for the sign-on reward.

• Doctors are only eligible for sign-on reward if they have not been previously registered with Oz Locums.

• 100% attendance without cancellation of any confirmed shifts during the promotion time will apply.

Location Bonus - Limited Offer

• Any Doctor who chooses to work 3 locum days at hospitals tagged with “Location bonus” will receive $250 of Prepaid Gift Cards.

• Location bonus offer is available once per active Doctor and is stackable with Sign-on Reward.

• This offer is also subject to shift availability.

Other Benefits of Working with Oz Locums

• Doctors can purchase Apple gift cards, JB Hi-fi gift cards at a discounted price up to 5%, based on availability of stock. Maximum amount of $3000 allowed per year.

• New doctors will receive an on boarding gift package when they finish their first shift. We want our doctors to have the smoothest onboarding and the best experience when working with Oz Locums.

• Doctors will also be eligible to receive extra rewards such as movie tickets, vouchers, gift cards, based on their performance and total hours of work.

• On an annual basis and at the sole discretion of Oz Locums, all active Doctors are eligible to participate in the Oz Locums Annual Prize Draw. (Active doctors are those who have worked on average 3 locum days per month for at least 6 months).
